CLUBMARC KIDS/YOUNG TEENS COLLECTIONS to introduce this holiday season '08

SINGAPORE

CLUBMARC senior management announced that CLUBMARC will expand into kidswear, young teens collections, expected to be in-stores for the holiday season '08. The recent track success of moving towards fast-fashion shopping concept, has urged CLUBMARC to launch the kidswear/young teens collections developments and to launch in time for this holiday season. Our goal is to offer CLUBMARC shoppers with designer kidswear and young teens collections with fast-fashion low prices and to complete its full range of CLUBMARC collections getting ready to take the brand for global expansion being a new fast-fashion brand, one of the very few in the world.

CLUBMARC's childrenswear line includes boys and girls, between ages 4-9 years old; young teens line includes boys and girls ages 10-13 years old. Comfort and design is key when it comes to R&D for Marc Defang, head designer of CLUBMARC. Marc said, 'Designing childrenswear has always been my dream, as I love kids. Being a father of 2 lovely boys, I dream to dress them up in CLUBMARC outfits, so much so when I look at them, they give me more drive and inspiration to design better fashion wear and to carry on this life long career.'

Currently Singapore is missing out on popular kids brands and young teens labels at fashionable and affordable prices. With the current global market situation, and the route CLUBMARC has taken to shift the brand to become one of the world's few fast-fashion retailer, CLUBMARC aggressively attracts a huge segment of the market and varying demographics. There aren't many direct kids/young teens competitors in the marketplace, with CLUBMARC's superb in-house manufacturing ability, we're not only going to provide our kids comfortable 100% fine gauge cotton apparels, but dress them up with fashionable styles at un-matched prices, that is CLUBMARC's main goal, when it comes to designing, costing, and hugely benefiting our shoppers, this savings passed on to our shoppers is on top of my mind when designing my collections. Profits is secondary as designing is my passion, I work hard and do everything I can to benefit end consumers. When seeing shoppers lining up at cashier counters with big smiles that gives me the biggest satisfaction.' said Marc.

CLUBMARC is also expecting to launch large-scale stand alone stores of private label childrenswear brand to launch in Singapore by year 2009. This new private label brand which will also include infant, kids, young teens, and maternity wear, such wide selection and large scale childrenswear/teenswear popular brands can be found in the US and Europe, currently none in Singapore.
