Hi,I just want to say thank you to the store manager and the staff on duty at your outlet in Vivocity, S'pore when I visited your store at about 6ish in the evening on 16th August. It was my 1st time shopping at CLUBMARC and I was really impressed by the extraordinary service of the duty staff and in particular, the store manager. She was very patient and invariably polite throughout my entire stay in the store. I ended up buying 3 pants and a tie!!! Unfortunately as it is, one very seldom get to experience such commendable service when shopping in Singapore and it is more the exception than the norm. So, please, thank the store manager and staff (I'm sorry in my rush, I forgot to ask for their names) for making my shopping experience a truly memorable and pleasant one. I will definitely return again! Keep up the good work!

Dear CLUBMARC,It was my first purchase in CLUBMARC last Sat (9/8/08), I was served by Elaine and she had been wonderful by her friendliness, attentiveness, polite and courteous attitude. Such a pleasure to be served with such excellent attitude which make me want to visit CLUBMARC again in future.Hope Elaine's attitude sets a good example to all sales assistants in Club Marc.

Congratulations on having a good staff at your store in Parkway.
On 13th Jul, I was at Parkway walking around without the intention to purchase anything. I walked into your store and was greeted by your salesperson, Ms Siti. She was polite, non aggressive and made me feel very comfortable to browse in your shop. She encouraged me to try on the clothes and continued to smile even when I did not buy.
My family spent $696.99 that evening at CLUBMARC. Please convey my thanks and apologies to Siti for making her run around looking for sizes, colours and alterations.

Hello, I just entered your fashion contest and I have been browsing through your collection. I would like to compliment your designer (Jian X. Fang) for being so different and risk taking. I was specially impressed by the convertible cap/visor for its multiple uses and with the mens patent leather wallets. I have never seen such beautiful bright colours on mens wear but I think they truly represent the man of today, much more open to change. I was wondering if there is any opportunity to meet the designer in person as I am an aspiring fashion student and he is very inspiring. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you shortly. Dear CLUBMARC: I am glad that CLUBMARC has opened a new branch at Central. It is more convenient for me now to drop over on Sunday afternoons now. Congrats on launching the new Accessories and in house brand lines.

My compliments to the 2 staff in BHG Bugis especially Crystal, she is able to locate all the clothes that I can fit. I am totally impressed by the knowledge and attitude to serve. CLUBMARC is definitely on my list of favorite stores. Regards Veronica Tay
